REGISTRATION INFORMATION |

FALL registration
will run from MONDAY, MAY 6TH 2013, THRU
FRIDAY, JUNE 7TH, 2013, with all
information to be postmarked by FRIDAY, JUNE 14TH.
Everyone must re-register for the fall or
fall/spring season. Even if you only played in
the spring this season, re-registration is necessary
as the season runs from September through June.
Late registrations are not encouraged nor
guaranteed a roster spot. Late applications are
only accepted at the discretion of the SFSA Board of
Directors. ALL late registrations must email:
soccerregistrar@verizon.net
to notify of a late registration. All late
registrations must be approved at a regularly
scheduled board meeting. Those accepted WILL BE
CHARGED A LATE FEE. |

If you do not have access to a computer, have
someone print the form at the bottom of this page
and mail it in ASAP. If you are a NEW travel
player, PLEASE UPLOAD IN THE REQUIRED FIELD A
PHOTO OF YOUR CHILD. If a photo is already in the
spot, please upload a new current photo. If the
photo will not upload, please email the photo to:
soccerregistrar@verizon.net.
Please email photos in jpg format. No photos are to
be mailed. If you have never played soccer before,
please either upload your birth certificate in the
space provided or mail OR email a copy to the
registrar. If you wish to pay by check, please mail
your check to: |

the link and fill out the required information.
We can use all the help we can get. If you are
filling out this section, please go in and do your
child clearance and upload a photo as well, (only if
you are going to be a travel coach.) |

For those new to soccer, you will be contacted by a
coach sometime in August. The association will
provide a uniform for your child, however, you will
need to supply shin guards, soccer shoes, soccer
socks and a soccer ball. If soccer is cancelled
for any reason during the season, your coach will
inform you or you may find a cancellation notice on
the main page of this web site. If you have any
